Rules & Regulations

  • All the student will have to strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the college as enforced from time to time. Any violation with attract strict action by college authorities.
  • All students admitted in the college must observe the rules and regulations that may be framed from time to time by the college. Student are required to maintain absolute self-discipline in the college campus. Violation of rules will result in severe disciplinary action against the offender including his / her suspension or expulsion from the college. In such cases he / she will forfeit all the deposits and shall not be eligible for any claim.
  • Each student is responsible for the proper handling and safe custody of any apparatus or equipment that he / she may be using. In case of any damage or loss to the college property through measure or negligence, the student shall have to pay the cost of repair or replacement.
  • Students must show respect and obedience to all members of the staff as well as the managing authorities of the college.
  • SNA, a unit of this college will have to be run by the students for their welfare & participating in the seminar & conference conducted by TNAI, New Delhi. Students will have to contribute Rs. 2000/- per annum. They will have their own Vice-president & treasurer but the president will be the principal of the college.
  • Every student shall have to attend classes and practicals. They are not supposed to leave college premises without the permission of the principal.
  • In case of illness permission have to be obtained from the principal to remain absent from studies.
  • Once the fee is deposited, it will not be refunded, transferred or adjusted in any other account. If he / she leaves the course in mid term, he / she liable to pay the balance of fee of the whole course as per agreement.
  • All dues should be cleared before the exam.
  • Students are advised not to proceed on leave without permission of the principal if so they will charge Rs. 100/- per day & they will have to report daily in the college attendance.
  • Chairman / Principal reserves the right to rusticate the student found indulging in acts prejudicial to the interest of the institute or involved in gross in discipline or immoral acts.

Hostel Rules

  • Hostel is provided for both Boya / Girls and it is compulsory for them to stay in the Hostel. Night permission to stay outside the Hostel in prohibited.
  • Rules and Regulations of the Hostel shall have to be followed and orders of the warden will have to be adhered to.
  • Every student shall have to remain in the Hostel. Stay outside the Hostel will not be allowed. In special circumstances under the permission of the Principal / Management the female student will be permitted to stay outside for a day or two.
  • Parents and natural guardian of the students can appoint local guardian, if so desire to meet the students at the permissible days and time.
  • In case of appointment of local guardian, their entire personal data along with photograph shall have to be submitted. On the request of local guardian if student is allowed to go out of Hostel, the responsibility would be on the parents who appoint the local guardian.
  • The local guardian can see her ward only on Sunday. In case of emergency permission shall have to be obtained from the Principal / House Officer of the Hostel.
  • The Student will not keep any valuables in her / his room. This is only for security purpose.
  • Students will be allowed to open their account in Nationalized bank, which may be near the college premises.
  • If any valuable is missing, it will be the responsiblity of the student.
  • Student are instructed to keep the room neat, clean and tidy. Warden / Officer I/C of the hostel may check rooms at any time and if found guilty may be warned or punished.
  • Students are advised not to keep any medicines in their rooms except during illness.
  • At the time of admission, Medical Board will be constituted by the Administration for examining her / his health. If the student is suffering from any chronic disease, she / he shall have to declare before seeking admission in the college.
  • In case she / he is suffering from disease, which may bring barrier to her / his smooth studies, her / his parents will be responsible for that and shall have to financially compensated for the wastage of seat becasue of discontinuance of the study of such student.
  • All student shall have to follow rules and regualtions of the Institution and Hostel.
  • No student can claim room of choice, electical applices, almirah, stool & chair etc. Other than provided by the Institution.
  • Two days per week are reserved for creative work.

Uniform

The candidate admitted for studies are bound to ear the Uniform prescribed to them by the College. In addition apron, white shoes and socks is must for maintaining uniform of the institution.

Ragging

Ragging of any kind is strictly prohibited. Any student found ragging shall be strictly punished by the management as per the law and rules of the Govt.

Class Attandance

75% attendance is compulsory in all academic and institutional activities. Students failing to attain the prescribed attendance will not be allowed to appear in the university examination.

Identity Card

Each student is provided with an identity card and he / she must carry it during the college hours. The student are also required to keep the identity card with them when they are out visit organized by the college.

Library

  • All student of the oclleg eare members of the college library. Each member is provided with a library member ship card.
  • Only a student having membership card is entitled to draw books from the library.
  • A student can draw only one book at a time and keep it for a period of seven days extendable for a maximum period of two weeks on renewal.
  • A find of Rs. 2/- per day will be charged fo each book kept for more thaqt prescribed time.
  • The lost of damaged book, in any way, shall be replaced by the student. Otherwise he / she will be liable to pay current price (market price in case the book is out of print) of the book plus 20% as procurement charges.
  • Reference books marked with symbole 'R' will not be issued to students. These can be consulted by the students in the library.
  • Books issued to a student will not be transferred in any other student's name and after 7 days, if the student not depositing it back Rs. 5/- per day will be chaged.

Special Information for the parents

  • It is the duty to the Parents / Guardians to see that their ward maintains the high standard of diligence and good conduct.
  • It is presumed that the Parents / Guardians who send their wards to the college for education accept all the rules & regulations laid down by the college from time to time.
  • The college will periodically furnish necessary information about the student undergoing a course in the college.

Jurisdiction

In case of any dispute, decision of the Chairman will be final and the territorial jurisdiction for any legal action shall be limited to Gwalior only.
