Rules & Regulations
DISCIPLINE
- All students admitted in the college must observe the
rules and regulations that may be framed from time to time
by the college. Students are required to maintain absolute
self-discipline in both college campus & hostels. Violation
of rules will result in severe disciplinary action against
the offender including his/her suspension or expulsion from
the college. In such cases he/she will forfeit all the deposits
and shall not be eligible for any claim.
- Each student is responsible for the proper handling and
safe custody of any apparatus or equipment that he/she may
be using. In case of any damage or loss to the college property
through measure or negligence, the student shall have to
pay the cost of repair or replacements.
- Students must show respect and obedience to all members
of the staff as well as the managing authorities of the
college.
- No Association, Union or Club may be formed in the college
by the students on their own.
- Once the fee is deposited, it will not be refunded. The
Caution Money will be refundable only after the completion
of the course.
- Fee should be deposit within the said period, failing
to which he/she will be liable to the penalty imposed.
- Every student shall have to attend classes and practicals.
He is not supposed to leave college premises without the
permission of the Principal.
- In case of illness, permission has to be obtained from
the Principal to remain absent from studies.
- Leave other than vacation will not be ordinarily granted
to the students during the College session. Parents and
Guardians of the students are requested not to encourage
their wards to take leave from the College. Any kind of
leave is admissible only with the prior written permission
of the Principal but the minimum requirement of attendance
will have to be fulfilled.
- The Chairperson/Principal reserves the right to rusticate
the student found indulging in acts prejudicial to the interest
of the Institute or involved in gross in discipline or immoral
acts.
CLASS ATTENDANCE
75% attendance is compulsory in all academic and institutional
activities. Students failing to attain the prescribed attendance
will not be allowed to appear in the University examination.
JURISDICTION
In case of any dispute, decision of the Governing body will
be final and territorial jurisdiction for any legal action
shall be limited to Gwalior only.
SPECIAL INFORMATION FOR THE PARENTS
- It is the duty of the parents/guardians to see that their
ward maintains the high standard of diligence and good conduct.
- It is presumed that the parents/guardians who send their
wards to the college for education accept all the rules
& regulations (laid down by the college from time to
time)
- The college will periodically furnish necessary information
about the students undergoing a course in the college.
UNIFORM
The students admitted to the college must wear the prescribed
uniform by the college while going to the clinical practice
in the hospital, community and for any visits to the different
institutions.
IDENTITY CARD
Each student is provided with an identity card and he/she
must carry it during the college hours. The students are also
required to keep the identity card with them when they are
out on visit organised by the college. |
